There seems to be a kernel bug in openSuSE 42.2, kernel 4.4.62-18.6-default.
It is also present in kernel 4.4.57-18.3.1-default.
Did any older version work without the bug?
I upgraded from 42.1 to 42.2 on January 20th. Shortly thereafter I encountered this bug. At first I thought it was a defect SATA controller card, which has since been replaced (not build-in anymore; that's why pci=noaer is still in the kernel command line). So I believe the bug may be in kernel-default-4.4.36-8.1, but I only kept a closer eye since kernel-default-4.4.49-16.1 I never experienced any issues with the kernel(s) in 42.1. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
