- the TW system has /tmp mounted as a partition, 42.2 has it on tmpfs
- I'm suspending the TW one to disk when leaving the office, 42.2 keeps running through the night
Or perhaps Tumbleweed has smarter tmp cleaner knowing it shouldn't touch these files.
This happens for me on Tumbleweed. So it is still not smart enough. I have my /tmp on sda2, as a directory inside root fs. I am always suspending, and to RAM only.
