Felix, this seems to be a side-effect of
gnome-control-center-allow-extra-tools-in-shell.patch in
gnome-control-center. The same issue is likely visible in SLE too

This seems like an existing problem exposed by
gnome-control-center-allow-extra-tools-in-shell.patch.

The bug reporduces when a category view contains a panel that has a "Name" long
enough and wrappable in corresponding .desktop file. In our case it's the
"IcedTea-Web Control Panel" in /usr/share/applications/itweb-settings.desktop.

Likewise if I try replacing the "Name" in the .desktop file of any panel, to a
long wrappable text, the bug reproduces in the corresponding category view.

This could be a problem in the g-c-c shell window or even the gtk icon view,
yet I'm still trying to located it.
