http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1018973 Bug ID: 1018973 Summary: Intel Wireless 7265 card no longer works in Tumbleweed 2017-01-04 snapshot Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: All Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel Assignee: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: electragician@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- During install process, Intel Wireless 7265 card is not showing as available in installer. This card is on an Intel NUC NUC5i5RYK. This card is found automatically and works fine on Leap 42.2. When investigating issue, I stumbled across some other distributions running kernel 4.9, and they are (or were) having similar problems due to needing to incorporate newer firmware from upstream. Could this be the same issue as Tumbleweed is having?
