Basically 13.2 is using predictable name for NICs but this failing somehow
since udev fails to choose a unique name for each interface.
This is due to these "index" attributes that are the same for both interfaces:
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:19.0/index
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1c.4/0000:03:00.0/index
At this point I don't really know if it's expected and in that case the udev
uses a gross implementation of predictable names, which seems weird since no
one complained so far.
Or maybe the index shouldn't be the same and in that case it might be a bug in
the kernel or in the BIOS.
