http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1005609 Bug ID: 1005609 Summary: rpc-svcgssd.service: Failed at step EXEC spawning /usr/sbin/rpc.svcgssd: No such file or directory Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.2 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: Leon.Meier@yandex.ru QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- The error message rpc-svcgssd.service: Failed at step EXEC spawning /usr/sbin/rpc.svcgssd: No such file or directory appears at boot. However, I'm running an NFS client, not an NFS server (whose package nfs-kernel-server would probably contain the culprit). Probably as a result of this, the corresponding remote directory cannot be automatically mounted despite being in /etc/fstab. I have to execute # service nfs-client restart && mount -t nfs4 <directory> manually after boot. The failure to automatically mount does not happen every time, but only randomly, just sometimes. I guess my configuration could be wrong, but I cannot find the reason for that.
