[Bug 1000060] editors/emacs: Bug Problem with Cairo support in Emacs 25.1.1

(this is my best guess) The new build 25.1-251.1 work flawless. Now emacs can read PNG files and load spacemacs* without problem. * spacemacs is set of scripts to make emacs "user-friendly".
