When the default browser is selected to be e.g. "chromium" KDE4 applications
e.g. KMail does not follow that. It keeps opening firefox. You need to manually
fix it by adding "BrowserApplication[$e]=!chromium" to
~/.kde4/share/config/kdeglobals


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open chromium, go to settings and select "Set as default browser"
2. open kmail
3. open a mail that has a link, and click on it
Actual Results:
Firefox opens

Expected Results:
I would expect chromium would open.
