I am seeing the same behavior, just a few minutes after startup. I just moved
my laptop over to Tumbleweed from Arch, it is current on tumbleweed as of today
and is a fresh install. The bluetooth started dying on the first boot. Here is
some data, all gathered after failure is manifest:
