I'm not sure I understand this fully. since we maintain the openvswitch package
that dpdk (the non-next version) should be used against in network, wouldn't it
make sense to create keep the dpdk package that matches the current openvswitch
package in network ?
we can create a network:dpdk-next then that contains the newer dpdk +
potentially a newer openvswitch and then you have two projects.
Let me know if I understood it correctly, I can create the project anyway if
you want it to be that way
