Build Identifier:

The Advanced NTP Configuration offers the Interval of the Synchronization in
Minutes Option, but the crontab entry/file is not written.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yast2 -> Network Services -> NTP Configuartion
2. change entry "Interval of the Synchronization in Minutes"
3. select OK
4. File /etc/cron.d/novell.ntp-synchronize is not written

In /usr/share/YaST2/modules/NtpClient.rb Line 898 references a binary
/usr/sbin/start-ntpd which is not installed by any package.

Sample Workaround (with one NTP-Server):

# cat /etc/cron.d/novell.ntp-synchronize
-*/5 * * * * root /usr/sbin/sntp -s $(awk ' /^server/ { if ( $2 !~ 127.127 ) {
print $2 }}' /etc/ntp.conf) &>/dev/null
