After the latest updates to open-vm-tools, drag & drop and cut & paste
opeations between Linux guest and Windows host do not work anymore.

Launching vmware-user-suid-wrapper, this displays: "vmware-user: could not
open /proc/fs/vmblock/dev".

Yup, I've observed this also since openSUSE:Factory migrated to GNOME 3.20 with
the newer libsigc++ & glibmm that required the c++11 standard and broke our
build. After the build fix, copy/paste and drag/drop have failed.

This will need to be investigated further to determine why this would have
broken copy/paste and drag/drop.
