Got fixed in kernel 4.3:
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/ ?id=d6589101b67a55107652050dfbf414403a93e351
Great, thanks!
Just update your kernel.
Even though it's not a problem in send/receive itself, send isn't supported in SLES for a reason (too buggy).
Should I cherry pick this into the Leap kernel branch (looks like it wasn't flagged cc: stable), or are there too many dependencies / other things broken with send/recv to make it worth while?
You can try cherry pick and see if it applies. I didn't try. Despite sounding a major issue, we get many similar in severity on every merge window that never get cc'ed into stable (even though I probably send more than most other people). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
