[Bug 965125] kernel crashes with divide error: 0000 in e1000e driver

I prepared a quickfix KMP containing a few patches for the relevant code from
the upstream and a debug patch, found at OBS home:tiwai:bnc965125 repo.

The backported patches are:

e1000e: fix systim issues
37b12910dd11d9ab969f2c310dc9160b7f3e3405
e1000e: Fix tight loop implementation of systime read algorithm
b77ac46bbae862dcb3f51296825c940404c69b0f
e1000e: fix division by zero on jumbo MTUs

(The last one is about the different code path, but it also gives the same
"divide error", so just to be sure.)

With the additional debug patch, incvalue=0 will give just a warning but no
crash. Let's see whether we still get this warning, or it's covered by some
patch above.
