However, it is used in d:l:e now. There were backward-compatibility reasons
though. At the some time point we found that we need different behaviour of
rebar when it is used inside OBS because of lack of internet and lack of RCS.
So, the easy way to switch existing packages (which already has BuildRequires:
erlang-reabr) was to make Substitute.
Moreover, unfortunately erlang packages relying on this Substitution are spread
over the whole OBS and appearing erlang-rebar in a project without the
Substitution will cause the packages build failure (because they will get
erlang-rebar instead of erlang-rebar-obs which they really want to get).
Unfortunately, nobody cared to consider this as an ugly hack during submitting
procedure, in spite of that I pointed this many times. So, there are only two
different options now: either use this hack or drop erlang-rebar/retest from
factory until somebody invents better way and ports everything we have.
