I am facing the exactly same problem, but with one additional symptom: the boot process hangs right after this message appears, nothing happens. I am trying to install the Leap 42.1 in a Dell Inspiron 7000 series laptop.
As I said that the message is harmless, so the system hang was caused by other problem.
Is Secure Boot enabled in the system?
No, it isn't. I am using the UEFI without Secure Boot. I already checked the ISO checksum and tried both DVD and NET installers. I am trying to install it from USB Stick and already did an installation in a different machine with Legacy BIOS mode.
But yes, maybe there is another issue: when I try to boot the USB the first time I receive the MokListRT message and just below "Welcome to Grub" has a
"relocation 0x0 is not implemented yet. Aborted. Press any key yo exit."
This is from grub2.
message. After that the system reboots and then this last message disappears and the first one (MokListRT related) remains.
So the message "Welcome to Grub" disappeared? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
