You can just install openSUSE Leap kernel on top of your 13.2 system. It
should be backward-compatible. The kernel can be downloaded from OBS
Kernel:openSUSE-42.1 repo.
Note that there is only kernel-default, no kernel-desktop. And once when you
install this kernel-default, it'll remove all other kernel-desktop kernels.
So, before installing it, keep your openSUSE-13.2 kernel backups (keep rpms).
Then, after installing the Leap kernel, install again 13.2 kernel manually
like:
rpm -ivh kernel-desktop-*.rpm --nodeps --oldpackage
