http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=954107 Bug ID: 954107 Summary: Chromium looks ugly and blurry since last update Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: 2015* Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X11 Applications Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: jmatejka@suse.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created attachment 655062 --> http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=655062&action=edit chromium looking blurry I think the issue got introduced at 03.11.2015 when I ran `zypper up` which updated chromium and qt packages and actually quite a lot of stuff. The last time I ran zypper up before that was at 01.10.2015. I noticed the chromium looks ugly and blurry only yesterday when I had to restart it. I attached a screenshot with two areas circled in red. First contains tabs and url bar. I can't really explain what is wrong there but it looks kind of bigger and uglier. The second one is chromium's dialog box which looks quite blurry. The text, the border, the text on buttons ... all blurry. Buttons, inputs and select boxes in various web pages seem to be affected by this as well. I find it very distracting. I am sorry I don't have better description but I have no idea what is going on. Other apps like claws-mail, vlc, firefox or xmobar does not seem to be affected. On the other hand I don't use many GUI apps. Actually I think the ones I mentioned is all I use. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
