http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=954105 Bug ID: 954105 Summary: Yast2 modules don't start because qt module is missing (provided by libyui-qt7) Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: 2015* Hardware: x86-64 OS: SUSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation Assignee: yast2-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: Stromeko@NexGo.DE QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Yast2 modules don't start: The mouse pointer turns "busy", then goes back to normal with absolutely no action or further indication of what might be wrong. Running yast2 from a shell window revealed that the qt module is missing. It turns out that I had libyui-qt6 installed, whereas the Yast2 module in question depends on libyui-qt7. I installed libyui-qt7 via zypper and the Yast2 module now starts up correctly. Please fix the dependencies so that the (update) installation is not missing required packages. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
