Also no wifi networks are found and displayed as available. The symptoms appeared after I suspended my laptop. My network manager setup contains a configuration to use my mobile phone via USb tethering. While I can establish the connection, it will get dropped and network manager establishes a connection to the "raw" device "enp0s26u1u2" only to drop this connection again to re-establish a connection with the configured network setup. Available wireless networks are not displayed at all in the network manager drop down menu from the applet. Whne I tried to set up a network to a wireless network with known SSID and no security the following message was displayed.
