For example, I should have received a NEEDINFO request this morning for bug 914625. I'm trying to follow with the mailing list archives, but it is too easy to miss something there. This started probably late may, though I'm not sure of that. I did receive Bugzilla mail on May 29th. The most likely problem is that my ISP (AT&T, ameritech.net) is blocking mail from novell.com. But since I don't see the bounces (error messages), I cannot be sure of that. In an attempt to work around the problem, I created a Yahoo disposable "address guard" address. That should go directly to Yahoo.com, without passing through at&t servers. At the forum login page, I asked novell/microfocus support to change my email address to the new one . As far as I know, that was done, though I don't know how to verify. I then asked opensuse forum folk to change my forum email address the same way. And I can see that change has been made. However, in bugzilla, I still see the ameritech.net address. How can I get that changed? Or can somebody complain to AT&T about the blocking of novell.com email? The first milestone for Leap is due out soon. I would like to be able to test and to report bugs. But I'll be hesitant to do that if I cannot receive email from bugzilla. I presume that this also affects other users with AT&T as their ISP. That would include email addresses ending in "@ameritech.net", "@swbell.net", "@sbcglobal.net", "@pacbell.net" and probably others (not sure about "att.net" and "bellsouth.net").
