Well i guess it makes sense to update the postfix configuration in case you
enabled/disabled ipv4 or ipv6 (ie. inet_protocols = ipv4) and/or modified
ip-adresses. depends on the postfix config offcourse - i dont know if the
automatic configuration script actually cares about ipv4/6 but assume it does
(or will in the future).
i like christians proposals:
- deliver the package with /etc/sysconfig/mail:MAIL_CREATE_CONFIG="no"
- make sure config.postfix creates a backup of the config files it overwrites
number one would be nice, but the important one is the second and to tell the
user were the backups are. than i would be fine even with
MAIL_CREATE_CONFIG="yes"
