LVM2 has the best option using SSDs to speedup large disks with lvmcache. But the old version of LVM2 in opensuse 13.2 does not support it. Could you please explain in much detailed? What option do you mean? Do you mean the following? cache_dir = "/etc/lvm/cache"
# You can turn off writing this cache file by setting this to 0. write_cache_state = 1 Or lvmetad?
I can install lvm2 from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement/openSUSE_13.2/ to get it working, but i'd like to see it in the distro.
