Yes, but what I don't know is how this happened. The machine has been constantly used over years, so grub2 must have existed from the very beginning. It happened at some time of FACTORY update, and this shouldn't result in *.rpmorig even if the files were modified by me. In anyway, it's not a problem how this happened. I don't see this any longer, so it must be accidentally once-off.
But this isn't an issue here. Such things may happen during development, e.g. a file got corrupted then grub2 package is updated, and it creates either *.rpmorig or *.rpmsave.
Or .rpmnew.
