Could you please check wheter commenting out the swap entry in fstab also fixes it on your machine?
Can you tell me exactly what I should change?
Just commenting out the swap entry from the running system and then suspending resulted in the hang again. Then I rebooted, and ran `mkinitrd`, but after suspend it just rebooted normally and didn't even try to resume.
This is bad. It means I haven't reproduced the issue you are seeing. For me, it just startet working after commenting out the swap in the running system. You shouldn't need to run mkinitrd, because the swapon is normally done after the initrd. Could you provide a debug boot log from the system booting up normally after a suspend? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
