http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=918128 Bug ID: 918128 Summary: display configuration in KDE4 lost most functionality. Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Factory Version: 201502* Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 13.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X.Org Assignee: xorg-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: reg@seowebsales.com QA Contact: xorg-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- On the KDE setup page titled "Display Settings - System Settings" my monitors show in the array I setup them up in. In OS 13.1 there are three things that happen that doesn't happen on this page anymore. When I: 1) Click on the blue "I" button the displays don't show which monitor is which. In fact, nothing happens. 2) Hover over each display no options show to click. Right or left click with the mouse on each monitor also does nothing. 3) Move the displays around the apply button does not enable so those changes cannot be saved. The workaround for this is to make any other type of change (I just click on the Enable button twice) and then the changes can be saved. I can't remember but this might have also been a problem in 13.1. Details on the system: * OS: Opensuse 13.2 * Desktop: KDE * Motherboard: ASUS X99-E WS * CPU: Intel Core i7-5960X * OS mounted on OS RAID-1 on: SSD's * /Home + /srv dirs. mounted on OS RAID-5: 4TB HDD's * RAM: 32GB DDR4 2666MHz The displays are numbered by the system graphically laid out as follows: 0 2 4 1 3 5 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
