Customization layer for manpages/docbook.xsl
This customization layer "patches" the top.comment template and adds the
parameters top.comment.{title,author,generator,date,manual,source,language}.
By default, they are all set to 1, meaning the output is created/written to the
manpage. This wouldn't change the default behaviour of the upstream
stylesheets.
If you don't want, for example, the date you need to explicitly set it:
$ xsltproc --stringparam top.comment.date 0 [...]
