http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=903575 Bug ID: 903575 Summary: glib2 - Attempt to unlock mutex that was not locked. Aborted Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: 13.2 RC 1 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: srinidhi@novell.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- For better GTK look and feel in Groupwise Linux client, I always install libgthread-2_0-0-32bit package. After installing this package in openSUSE 13.2, Groupwise aborts with the following error message every time I try to open a new email message: $ groupwise -ui=gtk Attempt to unlock mutex that was not locked /usr/bin/groupwise: line 31: 9490 Aborted /opt/novell/groupwise/client/bin/groupwise-bin -aa=on "$@" Backtrace is coming up in the next comment. There are many similar reports all over the Internet. I found the following bug and commit in upstream gtk+ git repository: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=735428 https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/commit/?h=gtk-2-24&id=fbf38d16bcc26630f0f721d266509f5bc292f606 But I can't find this bug in libgtk-2_0-0-32bit rpm in openSUSE 13.2. In fact, the latest change to gtk2 packages in openSUSE 13.2 are dated August 7th whereas the above upstream commit was made on August 27th. Would it be possible for merging that commit in openSUSE 13.2 gtk2 package? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
