openSUSE 12.1 is out of support, so it would be great if you could reproduce it
with openSUSE 13.1 or openSUSE Factory. I will not be able to test on openSUSE
12.1 at all, since I can't get it any longer, nor its packages.
Here are the tgt Versions in OBS:
openSUSE:11.4: 0.9.0
openSUSE:12.1: 0.9.0
openSUSE:12.3: 1.0.28 from 6/3/2012
openSUSE:13.1: 1.0.28
openSUSE:Factory: 1.0.44 from 2/3/2014

Latest upstream: 1.0.46
And it looks like Factory has RPMs for openSUSE 12.2 and 12.3 for x86_64, at:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Base:System/tgt
The same holds for your initiator. What version of open-iscsi are you using?
Or, another way of asking the same question, what OS version are you using for
your initiator. Is it the same as the target, or have you used a different
initiator throughout your testing?
