This is a Lenovo W510. I am using both a monitor connected to VGA and the
internal LVDS.

I suspend the machine, connect to a different VGA monitor, then resume.
The kernel oopses.

Mabye related: On previous suspend/resumes (without changing the monitor) I got
repeatedly messages like this:

do_IRQ: 1.18 No irq handler for vector (irq -1)
