It contains a cron job that detects 60 minutes of inactivity at the console and logs out the idle user. But: when you logon via console (I start my box in multiuser.target aka runlevel 3) just to "startx" the GUI, you are logged out quite unexpectedly after 60 minutes, right during work... Marcus Meissner told me on the openSUSE-en mailing list to open a bug and assign it to abergmann at suse.com (which I can't when creating a bug). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install the package 2. issue "startx" in runlevel 3 (or multiuser.target) 3. work 60 minutes 4. see your GUI crash Actual Results: I am logged out because of console inactivity Expected Results: the running GUI is recognized, and activity detection includes the respective GUI -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
