Use ISP that is not IPv6 capable. 2. Turn IPV6 off in the network settings. Reboot. 3. Update the system with yast, and get allocated a server that is really keen on IPv6. Actual Results: zypper fails refreshing system sources because it insists on an IPv6 connection when that is going to fail. Expected Results: Use an IPv4 connection to that server, or if that server only talks IPv6, use a different server. I had to turn IPv6 off because yast online updates would periodically fail completely because of an insistence on IPv6 when that is not available. In general, IPv6 may be available on the LAN, but it is not on WAN. In this case, zypper still uses IPv6 although that is not available on the host it is running on - both interfaces only have IPv4 addresses. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
