I'm not sure I understand this bug report. gok is the onscreen keyboard, right? Do you talk about the one included in gnome (caribou)?
Yes
the keyboard obviously does not require a terminal; so adding a dependency to gnome-terminal would be wrong in many ways (but, yes, caribou does not work with xterm for some reason)
Additionally: gnome-terminal is installed on a default GNOME installation.
It may be installed but on Factory it is not offered among the standard applications. There you see XTerm.
Can you be a bit more specific on what you do and how?
I am trying to use a convertible laptop in a folded configuration. Using the standard way to start applications I get XTerm, which requires a physical keyboard. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
