Related to bnc#847158 I tried the procedure from comment #9 with 13.1.
It does not work - means the microcode is not updated early, please see details
in bnc#847158.
In 13.1 the microcode files are in the packages ucode-intel and ucode-amd
(bnc#851398 - not installed by zypper dup).
