Hi Marius,
so it is not a problem with openSUSE 13.1.
The problem might be related to the module r8169. I opened the bug #849717.
After a couple of suspends, sometimes after the first and sometimes after the
third suspend the network module crashes. The module is still loaded, but the
network connectivity does not work anymore.
All the WoL problems might be related to the hardware.
