[Bug 809705] Error with wallpaper in Gnome Shell in the task pane and displays a list of applications and not the black background wallpaper

What image format you are using for background? I've checked many jpg and png files of different sizes? It works well with small/large picture just scales up/down automatically. Further, can you reproduce this bug on recent update openSUSE?
