When I selected "Activity" and searched "Terminal" on GNOME-shell, /usr/lib64/speech-dispatcher-modules/sd_festival crashed only once with Segmentation fault in pthread_cancel (th=th@entry=0) at pthread_cancel.c:34 . The gnome-shell also crashed simultaneously with SIGABRT in __GI_raise() at ./nptl/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/raise.c:56 .

I attached GDB backtrace files of sd_festival and gnome-shell and output of "ls -lt /var/crash/" . Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to GNOME Session . 2. Select "Activity" 3. Search "Terminal" . Actual Results: /usr/lib64/speech-dispatcher-modules/sd_festival crashed only once with Segmentation fault in pthread_cancel (th=th@entry=0) at pthread_cancel.c:34 . Expected Results: The sd_festival should not crash with Segmentation fault .
