Interface with static address is eth1. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Reboot the machine 2. run "systemctl status dhcpd" 3. run "systemctl start dhcpd" 4. check with "systemctl status dhcpd" Actual Results: Deamon starts not properly and needs to be started by hand.
