We have 2 Type of execution of Apper.

The automatic update of software that is configure in Yast which calls Apper
that auto installs without authority! See attached

Then we have the version of Apper which is user evoked and hasn’t changed much
that does call for escalation

It is this the first that I am talking about. The second problem with user
initiated Apper that sometimes cannot resolve conflicts and finds updates that
online update in Yast cannot find. Both use the same repository and back ports
defined in Yast

When Apper is executed by the user it uses it own rules for software management
that have no equivalent Yast software function can perform.

I am closing this bug as the dialogue is neither Helpful nor Productive
