On the same hardware, with openSUSE 12.3 32 bit the xserver starts. For this it is only possible to install openSUSE 12.3 64 bit as text only system, because the installation hangs, when configuring the hardware. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE 12.3 64 bit as text only system. 2. Install KDE or Gnome. 3. Boot and switch from default runlevel 3 to runlevel 5. Actual Results: There is a black screen.
