On a related note the level bars displayed for brightness are very jerky. The bar doesn't move smoothly in one direction. Instead when the level is changed it flickers and goes up and down. Using Kernel 3.8.4 these crashes do not happen. In addition with this kernel no level bars are displayed for brightness (they are for volume though). Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. change brightness using function keys 2. keep doing it 3. ...
