That bug has a patch that corrects the problem. The Debian maintainers have incorporated that patch for their SDL 1.2. I request that the OpenSUSE maintainers also incorporate that patch. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Connect Sony Playstation 3 controller 2. Use SDL test program to monitor axes 3. Press X axis stick and watch as axis 0 stays at 0 Actual Results: The X axis stick does nothing for SDL programs. Expected Results: The X axis stick should behave normally. As I said, there is a patch for this at the SDL bugzilla. I would like it applied to the OpenSUSE version of SDL.
