Hi,

tried to install the firmware for my broadcom 4311 card with the b43-fwcutter
by running installscript "install_bcm43xx_firmware". This is suggested in the
Yast network tool during network setup, worked for me long time.
Running the script the kernel paniks.
Then I tried to install the package "b43-firmware" from Packman-repo with
Yast/zypper. It also causes a kernel panik.
Then I download the package direkt from Packman and installed it with "rpm -i
b43-firmware". This worked. And I got wlan up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.new 12.3 installation
2.run install_bcm43xx_firmware
Actual Results:
kernel panic

Expected Results:
working wireless
