Both should combine and show up as a single icon. The problematic apps, which I have found are: Mendeley Yast (and all sub "applications") - http://i46.tinypic.com/oixgeb.png VirtualBox Nixnote (Nixnote has completely different icon than the original) - http://i49.tinypic.com/168exc7.png Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Pin the Yast into the Dash 2. Run Yast from the Dash 3.
