Summary: mount -t fuse.bindfs eats -o group=abc option
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE 12.2
Version: Final
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Network
AssignedTo: jengelh@xxxxxxx
ReportedBy: jengelh@xxxxxxx
QAContact: qa-bugs@xxxxxxx
Found By: Beta-Customer
Blocker: ---

Command: mount -t fuse.bindfs /src /dst -o group=abc

mount(8) does not pass on the "group" option to the bindfs mount helper. This
is because "group" is a standard mount option for marking who is allowed to
mount the given fstab entry. Same goes for "user".
bindfs has thus released a bugfix release that offers the new "-o
force-group=..." option.
