Can be seen when opening a webkit browser, such as Rekonq, but also affects other programs, such as Anki. I assume this bug has been fixed upstream, see https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75193. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Rekonq. 2.
