If there are updates available I click on the icon and gpk-update-viewer will be opened. In most cases update is working fine. I click "install" and will be asked for the root password. But sometimes it happen that I will not get asked for the root password but get an error message: "Authorization failed You have failed to provide correct authentication. Please check any passwords or account settings. Details: Failed to obtain authentication." Even if I close that message and select again "install" the same message appears without getting asked for the root password. Please tell me which log files you need. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
