Hello there,
I've been hit by the same bug with Intel board with / and boot on a single
RAID10 setup.
I know that the people from systemd were commenting that this is to be expected
on such a setup but my previous experience with similar setups was a good one.
My systemd: systemd-37-3.11.1.x86_64
#uname -a
3.1.10-1.9-default #1 SMP Thu Apr 5 18:48:38 UTC 2012 (4a97ec8) x86_64 x86_64
x86_64 GNU/Linux
The same thing happens also with halt or poweroff (I've read afterwards that
the right command should be poweroff) and also by selecting poweroff / reboot
from a kde session.
This is rather bad since I've already lost a fresh install since the RAID was
syncing at a shutdown.
Is there any planned work for a patch or at least for a workaround like the
ones from the redhat, e.g. by using SysRq ?
Should I try to switch to systemV?
