Konqueror does not respect the charset parameter in the Content-Type header,
treating the output of CGI as ISO-8859-1.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure your CGI directory (kcmshell4 kcmcgi).
2. Create an executable script named "bcs" in your CGI directory, encoded in
Latin2 and containing:
#!/bin/sh
echo 'Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-2
<TITLE >CS test</TITLE ><P >Zażółć gęślą jaźń'
3. Tell KDE to launch
