--- Comment #14 from Romain Pelissier 2012-01-30 16:24:20 UTC ---
[rpelissi|lagrange:~]cat /etc/ldap.conf | grep -v '#' | sed '/^$/d'
base dc=digitalrat,dc=lan
binddn cn=Administrator,dc=digitalrat,dc=lan
bindpw xxxxxxx
bind_policy soft
pam_lookup_policy yes
pam_password exop
nss_initgroups_ignoreusers root,ldap
nss_schema rfc2307bis
nss_map_attribute uniqueMember member
ssl no
uri ldap://192.168.1.16
ldap_version 3
tls_cacertdir /etc/openldap/cacerts
tls_cacertfile /etc/openldap/cacerts/cacert.pem
pam_filter objectClass=posixAccount
ylimit is already set to unlimited and there is no core dump file generated
when yast samba module crash.
However.. As you suspected in an earlier comment there definitively something
wrong with tls/certificate/encryption: as soon as I comment out the lines
"tls_cacertdir" and "tls_cacertfile", yast samba module is working again!
I have change the perms to root:root on the /etc/openldap/cacerts dir where all
the certificates are stored but still have the issue.
I will do again my recipe and post the results here.
